What is a Mental Health Coordinator?

A Mental Health Coordinator (MHC) is a multidisciplinary professional who ensures the responsible, accurate, and respectful portrayal of mental health and challenging or traumatic themes in creative work. This includes individualized training, dramaturgy, assessment, cultural intervention, choreography, and crisis management.

We collaborate closely with artists, writers, directors, and production teams to provide tailored support throughout the creative process. Our goal is to support compelling storytelling that deepens understanding, reduces stigma, and prioritizes the wellbeing of both creators and audiences.
